Heavy Weight Clothing Pty Ltd / MAN–TLE is looking for experienced Retail Assistants for our new store in Fitzroy. This full time position will commence in May, 2026.

As Retail Assistant, you will:

• Provide exceptional, personalised service to every customer.
• Maintain an impeccably-presented store, ensuring merchandise and displays are in keeping with the brand’s standards.
• Support day-to-day operations, including stock management, replenishment, and assisting with events or product launches.
• Learn about our products, processes, and brand story to confidently guide and inform customers.
• Work flexibly across weekends, public holidays, and special store events.
  

We’re looking for people who:

• Have an established background in retail or customer service experience (ideally within an aligned environment that values precision, strong product knowledge, and exceptional customer care.)
• Can communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Work well in a small, dynamic team and takes initiative to support store operations.
• Are organised, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Are flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to grow within the brand.
